At The Pink Room Beauty Co, your safety, satisfaction, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. By booking or receiving a service at our salon, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Consent to Treatments

I understand that by proceeding with any service or treatment at The Pink Room Beauty Co, I am giving my full consent for the treatment to be performed.

I confirm that:

  • I am over the age of 18 or have consent from a legal guardian
  • I have voluntarily chosen to receive this treatment

2. Disclosure of Medical Conditions

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities that may affect the service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pregnancy
  • Skin conditions
  • Recent surgeries or medications
  • Ongoing health conditions

Failure to disclose this information may increase the risk of an adverse reaction, and I accept full responsibility in such cases.

3. Results and Expectations

I understand that results vary from person to person and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

I also acknowledge:

4. Risks and Reactions

I understand that all treatments carry a risk of side effects, including but not limited to:

  • Skin irritation
  • Redness
  • Sensitivity
  • Allergic reaction

By proceeding, I accept these risks and release The Pink Room Beauty Co and its staff from liability, unless gross negligence is proven.

5. 7-Day Guarantee on Services

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work. If anything goes wrong within 7 days of your appointment, we will fix it at no additional cost. Please contact us within this timeframe so we can assist you.

6. Refund Policy

We do offer refunds in specific cases. Each refund is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do our best to resolve any concerns with fairness and professionalism.

7. Timekeeping, Grace Periods, and Delays

We aim to respect your time and stay on schedule, but we ask for understanding when things don’t go perfectly.

  • You have a 10–15 minute grace period if you’re running late.
  • Likewise, please understand that we may run late due to unexpected delays with earlier appointments.

We appreciate your patience and kindness in these moments.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that life happens — but in order to protect our time and yours:

  • Cancellations made without prior notice will be billed at R50 per appointment if we are unable to reach you or if you have not notified us in advance of your booking.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without cancellation) will be charged 50% of the booked service fee if we are unable to reach you or you have not contacted us prior to the appointment.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

9. Photos and Documentation

Photos may be taken before and after treatments for service records or promotional use. If used for marketing, this will only occur with your written or verbal consent.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your confidentiality at all times.
